While our four practices (Due Diligence, Strategy, Screening and Leadership) define and determine our types of approaches, our consultants are no less generalist and navigate between practices according to the needs of the firm and their interests.

As a member of a strategy consulting firm with a multi-sector positioning, your daily life at Neovian will also be punctuated by frequent thematic changes. Indeed, our missions last on average 3 weeks and are never alike. This is one of our great strengths, according to our consultants.

Whatever the practice, our missions are broken down into 3 steps: information collection, analysis, and formalization. Intermediate meetings are regularly held with our customers to inform them of our progress.

Our information collection methodology distinguishes us from other consulting firms, especially in markets with little or no documentation, since we contact and exchange directly with actors in the markets concerned (customers, competitors, suppliers, experts, etc.).

The qualitative and quantitative analysis of poorly documented data and information allow us to offer conclusions with high added value.

Formalization is the last step of the mission, which allows us to structure our teachings, in order to better communicate them.

Your career at Neovian Partners will be rhythmed by regular promotions, which correspond to additional responsibilities within missions.

This way of operating allows us to make our best elements rapidly progress. Identifying our best elements comes from the small size of the company, and regular evaluations.

Promotions are carried out according to the skills of each consultant. The transition from consultant to manager takes on average from 2.5 to 4 years.

Evaluations are a key part of the progression of consultants at Neovian Partners. You will be evaluated at the end of each mission by your Manager and during bi-annual evaluations with every Partner.
