About Patrick
“Nothing excites me more than trying to build something new, unique and sustainable in the long term”
Patrick Richer founded Neovian Partners in January 2006 on the basis of a threefold observation:
1. SMEs and midcaps are the backbone of the French economy.
2. There is a lack of quality strategy advice for these actors.
3. Paradoxically, it is SMEs and mid-caps that need the most support.
After 4 years of M&A at Indosuez in Eastern Europe and 10 years of strategy consulting at firms such as Bain & Cie, The Monitor Group or Capgemini Consulting, the Neovian Partners adventure started alongside the first technological startups that foreshadowed what French Tech is today. Saas, Cloud, Big Data, BI, IoT, Data Analytics, IA, all subjects that Neovian had the good fortune to be able to process even before a semantic field was attached to them, thus ensuring to Neovian a technological anchorage that is still recognized today, 12 years after the firm was created.
Patrick was lucky to be able to manage or supervise all types of projects at Neovian.
He is passionate about two things:
1. Create the most appropriate approach or methodology to resolve their client’s problem and
2. Identify other (types of) companies that may then benefit from this “new” approach or methodology.

About Annick
I am passionate about the dynamics of men and organizations. I support teams in carrying out their projects, relying above all on listening and providing them with tailor-made solutions.”
Annick Kervella joined Neovian Partners in 2008 to build the Management and Human Resources offer. She shares with these associates the conviction that it is by building in parallel the market strategy and the HR strategy that we achieve the best results.
Over the course of his more than 25-year career, Annick has held various positions in human resources, with the performance of individuals and teams at the heart of his expertise. Prior to joining Neovian Partners, she worked with a number of multinational companies, including RogenSI, an international business performance and leadership consulting firm.
At Neovian Partners, Annick draws on her background and expertise to develop tools and assessment processes for organizations, and actively contribute to the human resources strategy of her clients.
Annick devotes part of her time to accompanying the visually impaired in handisports events.

About Kevin
I have a strong interest in new technologies and my international profile is a valuable asset to support my clients in their development ambitions.”
Kevin Bailey joined Neovian Partners some time after the firm was created. He actively contributed to the company’s development before becoming a Partner in 2016.
Having lived and worked in North America, Asia and Europe, and with 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, Kevin has extensive experience in various sectors and in particular in digital technologies, B2B services, distribution, electronics and optoelectronics.
On the functional level, Kevin has led business and development strategy missions on the one hand and due diligence missions on the other. Kevin’s projects cover operations such as the definition of strategic plans, strategic audit or screening in the context of acquisitions or disposals.
Kevin is a man of the field and has at heart the professional and personal development of his teams. A fan of philosophy, nothing matters more than a discussion about the meaning of life while enjoying a glass of quality scotch.

About Martin
“I define myself as a curious explorer who loves to swim in troubled waters! I find in my job this same Cartesian approach to things that is dear to me”
Martin Fougerolle joined Neovian Partners in 2016 to take over the management of his Lyon office and enrich the firm’s skills. The support of companies and private equity players requires more than ever a close relationship with the leaders of SMEs and mid-caps, and the opening of a branch in the Province allows Neovian Partners to propose this proximity with regional industrial actors and local decision makers.
After an initial training in science in the United States, completed by a Master’s degree in management at EM Lyon, Martin tasted the vicissitudes of life as an entrepreneur for a few years, before setting foot in consulting to anchor himself there for 15 years. After a stint in structures like Alcimed and Sofred Consultants, his expertise is mainly focused on the insurance, health, pharma, and more generally life sciences sectors.
Martin has been able to cross-reference different work methodologies to best meet the expectations of our clients, on the Corporate side and with Private Equity players. Each mission is a new adventure, but it builds on previous interventions: from the constantly evolving knowledge of business sectors as key strategic points to cover for our clients.
