Paris, January 20, 2020. The teams of Neovian Partners accompanied the investment fund Essling Expansion by carrying out the Business DueDiligence buyer on the occasion of its entry into the capital of the Chabé Group, the French leader in luxury transport with driver.
Founded in 1921 by Maurice Chabé, the Chabé Group is a family company run by Guillaume Connan, the great-grandson of the founder. It employs nearly 400 people and expects to achieve a turnover of 50 million euros in 2019. With more than 2,000 customers from major hotels, event companies and CAC 40 companies, Chabé transports more than 150,000 people each year around the world.
Neovian Partners’ mission was to define the competitive landscape of the Chabé Group in France and abroad (Europe, the United States and China) and to analyze growth opportunities on various levers: international development and the enrichment of the service offering. The teams also assessed the economic risks that could disrupt the company’s activity, such as the rise of digitalization.
Thanks to this investment, the Chabé Group aims to consolidate its leading position in its home market, develop internationally and also engage in
an ecological transition, notably through the electrification of its fleet. The team was led by Martin Fougerolle, Associate Director.
