About Patrick
“Nothing excites me more than trying to build something new, unique and sustainable in the long term”
Patrick Richer founded Neovian Partners in January 2006 on the basis of a threefold observation:
1. SMEs and midcaps are the backbone of the French economy
2. Quality strategic advice is lacking for these specific actors
3. Paradoxically, SMEs and Midcaps are the types of businesses that need the most support
After 4 years of M&A at Indosuez in Eastern Europe and 10 years of strategy consulting at firms such as Bain & Company, Monitor Deloitte or Gemini Consulting, the Neovian Partners adventure started alongside the first technological startups that foreshadowed what French Tech startups. Saas, Cloud, Big Data, BI, IoT, Data Analytics, AI, all subjects that Neovian had the good fortune to be able to process even before a semantic field was attached to them, thus ensuring Neovian a technological anchorage that is still recognized today, many years after the firm’s creation.
Patrick was lucky to be able to manage or supervise all types of projects at Neovian.
He is passionate about two elements:
1. Creating the most appropriate approach or methodology to resolve client issues
2. Identifying other types of businesses that may then benefit from this “new” approach or methodology
